Will 1 Meal a Day Work for Me?

Day 4 and I am feeling really good.  I look forward to dinner as a reward.  I feast.  I sleep.  I'm losing weight.  It's a little to soon to be sure, but, basically what happens is I weigh myself before I eat and I'll be down 3 pounds from the same day before.  I'll eat a meat, some veggies, a starch, another starch with butter, a big salad with fruits and veggies, and a desert (mostly milkshakes.  Weighing myself right after I'll be back up 2 pounds.  The next day before dinner I'll weigh myself and I've been down about a pound each day compared to the previous day's pre-meal weigh-in.  For the most part, I have plenty of energy during the day; however, I did feel a wave of low blood sugar after walking on the treadmill yesterday.
